From my opinion:
1st: Prussia
2nd: Austria
3rd: UK
4th: France
5th: Russia

Why Prussia? They've had very good military in Napoleonic era. They've had very good commanders and they weren't scare to face enemies like France.

Why Austria? Because I'm from Czech Republic and my country took a part in Austrian army, that's the reason, I picked on 2nd place. Also, I love their uniforms and their NCO's were very experienced.

Why UK? It's simply, I love highlanders. :D

3: France, nice uniforms, and I just love blue officer swords
4. Russia, because their uniforms look hideous
5. Austria, because even shittier uniforms and because the whole faction feels like it was done too quickly
