You have to assert your dominance over the other regiment using the same name, such as a link to a Youtube video of you kicking ass. But the best method for doing that is just whipping it out in front of that entire regiment, they'll swoon when they realize you are the superior man.

Trust me, the 8th has had to do this a few times. Works like a charm, also brings some restraining orders because of the entire "unwanted exposure" stuff, but hey, that's life!

You can always turn to a competition of sorts such as a 1v1 to which the name is given. Or you can have them join the reg as a separate Company/Detachment.
