Thanks Everyone! What would be great though, is if some other units out there outside of the PA Would take these principles and apply them.  :)

It's a bit of a rough sketch of what we all can do in-game, what is historical, and what is practical in the play of things.

This manual is not finished as things will be tweaked and added all the time.
