Hello ladies and germs, I am Colonel Howe and I would like to say I am making costum signatures for regiments that want to advertise a little. For those who have absolute no time on their hands or have no idea how to use photoshop programs. This is the right place. Your probably wondering, how do I know this guy is qualified? Well, i don't consider myself qualified, i consider myself someone who likes things related to Graphics, so for me, this is a hobby. The following are samples of my work (when I made a sig for the IE mod, my N&S regiment, some other N&S regiments, and avatars for the guys in my N&S regiment)

Word of advice, try using programs like photoshop or gimp to try using layers and transparency.

Also  ale certain parts darker to make the text better visable

Hmm i dont photoshop was used, considering there is no transparancy. Even though it is just a matter of secs with the use of a magic wand.
