Right click the image/icon "save picture as..."
Then in TS go to "Permissions" - "Server Groups" and then in the top right there should be a square and text saying "Icon:" click the square then "Upload" find your picture and then select it in the "Remote" square.

Usually Bravescot asks for an image reference, id recommend adding one if you want to see the icons being made.

Also he have this really nice thing on the first page at the very top, suppose you want to look at that aswell.......

I will be taking requests for other nation's and some regiment icons but can not promise I can deliver ie. Russia and Austria I can't find any real historical reference for their ranks. To apply simple put in these details

The material you gave are so good that the only thing you have to do is to resize the once you linked.

Literally all you have to do is to download/save the pics, open them in paint and rezize them to 16x16 and its done.
