I like how, because of the proportions, it appears that the figure on the far left is wearing leather trousers with woolen stripes instead of woolen trousers with a leather inseam.

Do you mean history of the regiment? Try looking on Wikipedia.

I'm searching for pictures of the uniforms, preferably from 1808 to 1812.

Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

There are drawings of French soldiers wearing their greatcoats and having another roll on their bagpack, so they probably also had blankets.

It might looks stupid, but I search pictures which show the uniform in detail. I know all the French uniforms are more or less similar, but there are multiple designs for the shakomlates, or for the collars. And that's these small details that I'm looking for.

Does anyone have good looking pictures of some British/Irish regiments? Preferably Line or Guard infantry.

You need to be more specific than that. What regiment?

I could really use some pictures of the 84e Ligne if possible?

1793-1806, 1806-1812 or 1812-1815 uniform? Just pick one of those, look for generic French uniforms of said regulation and in case they have shakos, slap an 84 on it.

Doesn't really matter much actually. I'm just looking for some British Irish infantry men.

There are some historical drawings depicting the 84e.

Doing the generic stuff might work for your purpose but it is obviously not going to be 100% accurate.

Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

Are there any pictures of soldiers from the region of Dalmatia (In Croatia)? Were most of them Grenzers under Austrian service?
