New napoleonic wars mod what the

So i see people running round naked on a server

i googled in and its a mod there is a video of it, i wont link to the actual mod

My question is, would this be allowed on servers is it deemed as an actual cheat or just a modification.

It's bettys mod, so no its not allowed. Most servers dont allow it and ban people on sight who use it, personally I keep away from it.

Just  curious why is it bannable? it isnt affecting anyone on the server, i dont think.
