Theodin is right, a referee is someone who doesn't give opinion until after the match, but at the same time, the way the game is a referee can be a caster as well depending on the circumstance. But picking sides is no bueno.

Are there any plans to replace the current servers with better ones? Private Server Host has been getting DDOS'd consistently for a while now and everyone has 40 ping higher than normal, which is unplayable for west coasters who already have 60 normally.
