1st Maine Sharpshooters

Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

Oh really? I found my bacon pizza pretty good. Your not the first guy who later told me that they saw me at Gettysburg! I believe I was with some guys from my unit after he toured the battlefield and went museum hoping.

Should have just come over and said hi man! Met up with a couple guys form my regiment there reenacting as well. A French guy I know from MM recognized me on the field but was to far away to be sure.

Sorry to hear I dont trust anything but pizza from a pizza place. I would have preferred the place down he street that I went to earlier. More packed but far better pizza but like I said that place was good as well.

Naw they're faded blue, almost grey. I saw them at Gettysburg, they look really nice.

Looking at the discussion on the upper part of this page, I consider it a bit strange the Hardee hat, a stiff hat used for dress, is considered a camp hat, instead of the Forage cap.

I mean, it's in the bloody name  :P Forage caps are for camps and foraging, dress hats (such as the Hardee or shako) are for dress or in case of the Napoleonics, battle.

True, but wearing a Hardee myself, I find it a hell of a lot more comfortable than a forage cap, especially in the summer because it's wide brim keeps the sun of your soft parts and is great for laying over your face when you're having a kip in camp. It's, quite simply, the perfect hat for everything!

As Millander's reenacting said well, the CSA had no shortage of belt buckles. They just lacked a standard.
Humans are extremely complicated creatures. Death uncomplicates them to a frightening degree...
