Another update to le thread. The leader and old time friend of mine, Gentil who lead our sister light regiment the 1erChas, gave me the rank structure a long time ago. Keep or remove?

Erm we could probably remove some of the ranks as after almost 5 years we have never used some. Not sure if there is much point though
