Today the Nr5 had a Training scheduled, since it is the first training we had on a Tuesday we were not expecting too many people to show up. I even said before the event that if we get 25 today that I would be happy. However when I realized we had 32 at the start, I did become relieved that we would get to do the training's the way I want them to be done. First we started out with some Groupfighting 16 vs 16, and afterwards we practiced some formations. Then followed one of my favorite parts of the training which is the Internal 1v1 which helps our NCO's and CO's keep their leadership in tip-top shape. As the end of the training reached, we decided between ourselves to play some British Bulldog to let the rankers have some fun, at peak we had 39 attendance and we are very happy with that training. I would say this is the best training I had the pleasure to lead in my NW History.

Can only confirm that,

training was amazing today. Not only the attendance of so many people but also the mix between Groupfighting, formations and the internals. Really looking forward to the future.
