Things Aren't Showing Up. PLEASE HELP

This problem had just started happening. Can anyone help??https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198084528054/home/ Copy and paste this link in the tool bar and please reply if there's anything you can do. And when you go to the page, find a screenshot with the NW menu having No writing. That's the problem so can anyone help??

Verify integrity of game cache via steam. Try to turn it on and off again
