Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Yes I understand
Why should you become CR?:
I have been a long standing member of this community, as such I have the chance to play and talk with with the majority of the prominent community members. My familiarity with the community through its history, I feel gives me a very good grasp of the community's desires as a whole.

My moral and ethical values I believe would make me a good fit for CR. People turn a blind eye to prejudices and hateful behavior too often in this community, which can be extremely damaging. Especially when trying to nurture a positive environment for new community members. I do not believe in safe spaces as a concept, and have no intention of trying to accomplish anything of the sort. But when members of our community act in such a harmful manner, I vouch to set things straight so that these forums can be as welcoming as possible.

I have the dedication and commitment to take the role of CR seriously. The CR is supposed to be the face of the community, they are meant to listen to the player base and represent them. As such I will do my due diligence when handling community matters, and always go the extra mile for the betterment of the community.

My ability to get along with pretty much anyone, I believe will be essential to being the Community Representative. It doesn't matter how much I like or dislike someone, or how much I agree or disagree with them. I am still able to get on with them, and be amicable towards them despite our differences. This skill I believe is essential to represent the community in a fair manner.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term?
I plan to promote more forum interaction with the casual player base, I believe the more casual players making their voice heard the better. The casual side of the game holds the fast majority of the players. If they can be introduced to forum usage I believe they will be more inclined to integrate themselves with the community, thereby enriching the player base.

I also plan on taking a more active approach on listening to the community. I plan to set up more avenues for the community to vent their frustrations or spread their ideas directly to the CR. I will strive to connect the player base and the community organisers closer together.

Lately there have been much drama in the NW Community and i would like to end it, see me as a peacemaker. There have been unsuccessful regimental coups, disbanded regiments etc etc and many drama on FSE especially we have to end it now before the game completely dies because of the toxic community. Second of all more official events, like a public server must be in the game good for recruiting but also good for new players that doesnt have to play in the GF server or a toxic server in tropical paradise.

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Naturally.
Why should you become CR?: Truthfully, it only stands to reason that I am qualified for the position. I graciously hold the unequivocal love and trust of both the NW and the Native community and maintain an unblemished unimpeachable standard of conduct matched by few. I also happen to be a person of great skill and adroitness and will no doubt be able to identify with the needs and desires of the competitive community. Moreover, I am intimately familiar with the more casual side of the game, so during my rule both the expertise forged throughout many years of play and convivial vivacity will intermingle in my decision making, thus ensuring that a happy medium is found in each and every situation. Finally, I am no slouch when it comes to organizational skills as I have hosted a number of events dedicated to the betterment of the community and have led a team of seasoned players. In summation, it will be great foolishness (bordering on insanity) to gainsay the superiority of my credentials, but I leave the final decision in the hands of the venerable administration.
What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term? I will propagate the ideals of common good amongst the members of the community and will coordinate their efforts in a way that secures it.

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Yeah

Why should you become CR?:

After serving 2 highly successful terms, I believe that I can continue the excellent work that I have already done as CR. As CR I believe that I have helped a great amount of people and supported even more! I’ve support all of the major parts of the community.

For regiments I have provided servers the largest regimental tournaments this year, EIC and RGL, with all RGL servers being provided by myself in both France and Germany. For groupfighting teams and competitive players I’ve provided and still provide servers to WBMM. This allows players to strive to become the best version of themselves they possibly can! I also have provided servers to EGS, one of the most organised if not the most organised groupfighting tournament of all time. Again helping players test their might against some of the best groupfighting servers in NW history and to develop and hone their own skills. I have also provided servers to a number of smaller groupfighting tournaments and that were for one night or lasted a few weeks. I mean no disrespect when I say the names of these tournaments slip my mind but rest assured, they were there!
Alongside this I have also provided servers to regiments and groupfighting teams, not including the 92nd of course. In all honesty I cannot remember the exact number of teams or regiments that have or have used one of my servers but I will continue to do so!

For more casual players I helped develop and integrate the new flag spawning scripts on the 92nd and 33rd Linebattle Servers which has completely reinvented the linebattle scene and allows for a large scale competitive action like no other in the game currently or previously. At the moment we’re doing a weekly linebattle but very soon we’ll be progressing to the prolonged campaign and I highly recommend you and your regiment sign up for it!

For public and anyone else who wishes to play on it, I’ve recently brought back the Airplanes server. This was a public server in NW years ago. After a couple of test events with some pointers in improving the current formula of the server, it is nearly ready to take off (if you excuse the pun). This will be open to all players to enjoy and for regiments to maybe get a new player or 2 to join their ranks and help bolster the regimental community and keep it going just that little bit longer.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term?

The stuff above realistically is only the tip of the iceberg. My server boxes are fully optimised and more than stable enough to host many NW servers and I plan on fully utilising them all. My goals would be to provide more servers for more regiments and groupfighting teams as well as looking to reinvent the public scene again and just giving the community that little push it needs to keep it going until pastures new. The highest percentage of use I’ve seen on my server boxes has been 25% and I’m aiming to at least double that.

As well as all this I believe that I can bring a calming presence to the forums and the community as a whole and can step in to prevent or stop drama before it spirals out of control. I believe that because I can get on so well with so many people and have never been involved in any major beefs that would influence my decision, I can be fully impartial and can be used and abused for advice, help or any guidance with anything at all! After trying (and failing) with so many NW server related issues, I have fixes for 99% of any issues that any player runs into.

Of course if anyone wishes to privately contact me to discuss my record or ask anything at all, please feel free to do so! The best way to do this is Steam.

As an aside, I am pleased to see so many people apply for the position and if anyone is considering applying, then please go for it and apply! The more the merrier! I'm a massive fan of competition and wholeheartedly believe that's the only way to get the best out of anyone. So to my competition I say good luck but more importantly:

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: I do in full.

Why should you become CR?: As said above, I completely and utterly agree with everything Macbeth has said in his post. While I'm sure the other candidates have good intentions I don't believe they are looking out for pubs as much as the CR position should do so- And for the record I absolutely refuse to have another meme candidate as NA CR. unicorn shouldn't be the one moderating our FSE side. I believe that as a leader of a pub regiment, as a BBG admin, as someone who actively checks FSE and as an active member of the NA competitive side, I am a good middle ground candidate to be able to support the NA community however I can, be it in competitive, casual or pubs.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term? I would push for events including more and more of whatever community is left- Most likely on Sundays, host in close cooperation with the BBG admins and staff a Pros vs Joes event on Botsurvival, a Regimental Commander Battle night (Hopefully on BBG Commander Battle, and making it open to the public), and a Zombies Survival event, all done with the intention of getting as many players to populate a server as I can, both public and regimental. I will also not forget about the competitive side of the game, and pledge to host a 3v3 Groupfighting Tournament to be done on a single night of the communities choosing after the current draft league is over. Between regiments I would like to encourage more to go to public events, looking to maximize event attendance on perhaps a single event of the week in order to have at least a single large linebattle as opposed to 3 small ones. I would also seek to foster as much competition groupfighting and 1v1 wise as I can, involving more than 3 or 4 regiments as has recently been the case. Finally I will do my best to regulate NA FSE on a regular basis.

As a last note, I have not been very active in regards to being a BBG admin. I believe this to be a mistake on my part, and will begin to do regular shifts on Botsurvival and the other BBG servers, and I highly encourage other admins that have also perhaps slacked off like I have to begin returning to try and help what pubs we can.

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?:yes

Why should you become CR?:i am involved in the community for the past year. I believe I can give more to it by trying to bring back some old events and new ideas to the scene. I also know a lot of regimental leaders, so communication between me and them shouldn’t be an issue. I will be listening to their concerns since I have similar concerns about the future of the NA community.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term? BRING BACK NA1, but on a real note continue living with what's left of NA community(i will make 1-2 tournaments for the competitive community) for the public scene I pledge to try to bring back the Sunday siege. There’s also a few options as far to the linebattles like trying to mix the NA and SA event on the same night so that we can bring close to 200 and have full specs. I will also pledge to organizing 3-4 community nights to play multiple types of games regiments will be invited to bring their community to those said events .

Why should you become CR?:

My previous term has been quite successful. In my next term I would hope to continue these successes. Below are some examples of stuff that I've worked on or helped with:

In my previous term I provided servers to different parts of the community, from one night competitive events to the longer tournaments such as EIC, NWWC. I’ve also provided servers to regiments and groupfighting teams for them to use as they wish.

I’ve also been involved in organising and hosting community events. On the casual side I’ve been involved launching two new weekly events, one regular linebattle event as well as a brand new flag spawning linebattle event. On the competitive side I helped launch and host the European Lights Cup, a lights 1v1 tournament aimed at regiments that play lights but don’t play competitively. As well as this, I’ve been involved in creating and hosting the BCS Tournaments. These tournaments are aimed at newer players and those who had never played in competitive tournaments.

For the public community I’ve got something being worked on and will be launched soonish. It hopefully will be great fun!

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term?

Keep providing servers that are currently being hosted as well as being able to provide servers for the community.

Continue to host the weekly community events as well as help host events under the BCS banner. I'll also launch this public server but I won't ruin the surprise yet!

Why should you become CR?
-Over these many years that I have been in this community, I have seen the good that has been done from the Community Representative position. From Jolly Canadian to Russianfury, good events and ideas have come from this position of community confidence and trust. Due to these good role models, I have decided that I want to give back to the community. Though I do not speak often, I am involved in many aspects of the community from the 84th Regiment of Foot in both competitive and casual events as well as other various community activities.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term?
-As a constant and ever present community figure in both competitive and casual events, I have amassed a number of ideas and tweaks for existing and brand new events. In addition, I have many contacts and friends that are willing to help me achieve my goals. A couple ideas would be the combination/working together of both the NA and SA communities along with varied competitive events like capture the flag, etc. Some of these events would hopefully stem the mass exodus of players from Napoleonic Wars but I can give no promises, only ideas at the current moment.

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Yes

Why should you become CR?:

Although I've never been a CR before, I've done similar roles in different communities and as such I believe I have the experience necessary to represent the community that (for the most part) I enjoy being a part of. To me, the CR isn't a captain of the ship barking orders, it’s the helmsman. He is there to guide the boat through the water, no matter how risky or choppy it may be. This is what I would be, someone who steers the community towards the right place but doesn't take over and make it about them. It’s not for the benefit of me, but NW.

Being in the 92nd, I've interacted with other regimental leaders when I've been administrating and running 2 successful line battles a week. Through these events I've been supporting, although a small number compared to the larger community, numerous regiments in the event whether it be contacting them to gauge interest, negotiating specials or even smoothing over conflict. These are all transferable skills that would easily transfer over to the CR role and would only add to my forte.

What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term?

Although competitive events are arguably the most popular, with NWBC hitting 1500 unique sign-ups, we run the risk of a burnout in not only the player base but also regiments if there are too many regimental tournaments. I would guide regimental leaders towards an agreed tournament calendar which would allow these regimental tournaments to be as hugely successful as they currently are without a burn out. Note the word guide, this wouldn't be me making demands or expecting me to be the loudest voice in the room, more an open discussion where everyone from any regiment would be welcome to the discussion and make their point. Each person's point would not only be accepted, but respected and valued. This would have a knock on effect on casual events where they would be able to take off and flourish breathing life back into the casual scene not it becoming filler until the next competitive event.

To be optimistic, I would pursue trying to stamp out some of the more extreme versions of toxicity. I don't mean "ha-ha you came third" or "my regiment better than your regiment". This is competitive talk. I mean toxicity in regards to racism. I know that for the most part on the forums, racism isn't tolerated. However, on servers and in actual events it’s a different world. I know that in order to completely eradicate it, there would need to be a complete overhaul of the whole community. I'm not promising this. What I mean is that players who are known to use slurs such as the N-word should not be welcome in our community. The default answer shouldn't be "Its NW, it’s always going to be like this".

Generally, I would aim to be someone who can be supportive at all times to everyone across the board. Somebody that may not have the answers to all the questions but can guide you towards someone with the correct expertise as I believe a CR should do, support the community. Whether it’s trying to get a new tournament off the ground, a new event or somebody needs a little bit of guidance; I would strive to support them. Again, generally, I would obviously try to be the first port of call for any issues in the forums and be that middle ground between the community and the Mod team. Some may see this application and think "who is this new-gen trying to tell me what to do?" Admittedly, I've not been in the community for the longest amount of time. However, I would argue that this is strength. With 99.9% of this community, I have only interacted with in a positive manner meaning that I wouldn't be bringing any bias, whether known or unknown, and each person and regiment would ever only be treated kindly and fairly.

Why should you become CR?: Done it for one term already, it's a nice position to have around the forums and wouldn't like to see it disappear.
What are one or two things you commit to doing as CR this term? Nothing in particular again, hosting a tournament next month though and as always I'm putting myself out there for help with whatever people need - all they need to do is just let me know since I'm quite flexible. Besides that, I'll be just another admin team presence on the forums.

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Yes
Why should you become CR?: Well, there are a number of reasons on why I want to become a Community Representative.

My first point, which is also my biggest point is to ensure that the members of the forum are getting what they want and that their suggestions and concerns are being acknowledged and are being dealt with, I feel like this is something which really does need some attention, because on multiple occasions I have had various conversations with members from the community regarding great suggestions that they had and how they were not being heard, I want to be the voice for the people I want their messages to be heard by the staff team of this forum.

How would I achieve this? I would become that “Middle-Man” between members of the community and the higher up staff members who make decisions here on the FSE Forums, I would ensure that everything gets passed onto them whether the idea is out of this world! Or a very good idea, I would not be biased to anyone / any side of the community, I would voice both the competitive side and the general side of the community to ensure that everyone gets heard.

My second reason is that I wish to try and gain a new influx of people by trying to create new fun, unique things (new sub-boards and such) that will intrigue old and possibly new members of the community to get engaged with.
Another thing I’d like to achieve is to reduce the amount of toxicity on the forum, in general the community is great but individuals/groups of people are creating scenes and drama which shouldn't tear the community apart which is something I think should be looked into and regarded, which is something I promise to do.

How would I achieve this? I would look into implementing new sub-boards and things of a sort in order to catch more people's attention, one main idea I had was a Give-Away sub-board, now to some this could sound lame however I personally have never seen it done a forums before this board would allow members of the community would be able to do giveaways however to avoid people making multiple accounts and such, certain restrictions would be put into place, for example, you must reach a certain rank or number of hours in order to see the forum. (Of-course this is just an idea.)
I would also assist the current moderation team in enforcing the forums rules, to try and cut down on toxicity and such.

My third reason for me wanting to become a Community Representative is that I have been playing the game for 5 years, I have been on FSE lurking for around 3 years (I had an account beforehand but lost the details) in my time of being here, I have met some wonderful people who have made my experience of this game amazing, some other people who haven't had the best experiences with me, but I say let bygones be bygones I wish to become more engaged with this community and I wish to be a person where people can come to me, to get their opinions expressed and have a very high chance of a definite answer back because I feel that the members of the forum should be heard and that both sides of the forum staff and members should be more engaged into one another.

How would I achieve this? Well, the main way I would achieve this, I would encourage members of the community that want to have their opinions voices or even just want to have a general chat that my forum pms, my steam, and discord are always open for anyone to pop me a message, I love communicating with the community and engaging with them as much as possible making not only their experience but my experience better and creating that better more positive atmosphere.

My fourth and last point, for me wanting to become CR is to again as said above tackle problems on the forums, such as the dying and or dead sub-boards, that either need reviving or revamping in order to gain the community's attention again.

How would I achieve this? The first thing I would do to achieve this is I would do extensive research into the current sub-boards of the forum and see the levels of activity in a certain period of months, after that I would place my suggestions forward to the staff team whether the board wasn’t worth keeping, or whether it was, if the case is that it was worth to keep it I would try and brainstorm ideas as well as take ideas from the community in order to revamp it.

Why should you become CR?:
I really just had a heartbeat I have to give it a shot. I obviously have a slightly idea of what I'm up to, the backing to apply for CR and confidence on myself.

I've been into the commmunity since 2013 and the golden days of the 33rd siege, and although I didnt engage into the forums until a year after I know well about those times and learnt a great deal. Ever since I have been into various sections of the community taking different roles and now I hope, as CR, I can bring these together and expand the renoun of this position; to introduce people into the forum ecosystem by seeing a known face taking these responsabilities and becoming anyone's ear to listen to their issues and spokesman to solve them. As an old community member, as an usual NCO in 1st league regiments, as Spain's historical NWWC team captain and second only to Tenford (rip), tournament organiser and overseer, and a K-KA pleb my election will bring awareness about this role and potentially motivate others to apply for future candidacies.
In regards to transparency and forum influence one of my priorities would be to have a more sensible approach to enforce punishments on rulebreaking. Often times spam and offensive language are dealt in great diaparity, regardless of their context. Too many times I've seen friends immediately muted for either quoting/doubleposting or using "racial slurs" within inoffensive jokes and in the other hand come across the wost of the offenses and ugliest of insults to be barely *snipped*. I will watch over user reports and threads and contextualise each case, reccomending an even non-biased course of action. My goal on this is to have more people enjoying their time in the forums and put an end to spoiled children insulting one another over a videogame.

Secondly, I'll be encouraging the new tournament organisers to take a new approach on their respective competitions. I have organised tournaments myself and seen the old ones, those competitions were grand events full of expectation and each with a unique personality. At some point during the rise of the new generation of french players (FrenchTouch) new players started arranging their own competitions in a faster pace, overruning the system. At this day tournaments are completely streamlined, regular events where its about the usual few people playing each other again and again. I know about a couple very old sagas about to make a comeback this year, making a display of the old system. As a community representative I will be in contact with all these organisers, old and new, and advise them on how to make their events unique: Have a new generation of referees able to assist and resolve situations, have forum art makers and bb coders involved in aswell as map makers and, ultimately, establish a calendar with all ongoing competitions of atleast the three months ahead. This last measurement would be a place for all competitions to be displayed and community members to planify for upcoming events and forsee a lack or repetition of certain modalities. Events should never overlap one another, and a global awareness will definitively be positive. This would also establish a direct communication between organisers and community representatives where there was none before. Dates could be requested to be changed and improvements on competitions, encouraged. What I hope to see is an increase of people jumping into these competitions with a much clearer list of priorities, incentivating old and new teams and players alike.
I have no plans for the casual event scene, although I would seek contact with linebattle organisers to know their concerns. I am open for anyone to reach out to me. I've spent years in the casual scene collecting experience and I'm in a position, as an experienced player and CR, to suggest, manage, assist and resolve any issues, concerns, ideas, quarrels and other technical issues. I honestly would like to see more competitive players having casual fun and inexperienced players, eager to learn more about the game or improve, try their luck in a few competitive events. We'll see if I can make ends meet.

To close this up, I'm making a call of confidence on my skills to earn your vote and on how will I handle this role. As a longstanding player, I have a wide perspective on how to tackle new issues and a vast list of contacts I can rely on to help the community out for good. As an adult, I'm a good listener and have the needed temperament. As an event organiser, I know the ins-and-outs of administration, thread-making and subforums. As a spanish player in the international scene, I know what it is to be underrepresented, about the national scenes unique nature and their potential to contribute to the global pool. As part of a minority group I can tell well racist and homophobic attitudes and put them down right in the spot, but specially I'm someone users can rely on to understand them and help out, be it forum-wise or personal, directly or anonimally, being in reach in FSE , steam and teamspeak, from my pc or my phone.

Please raise your hands if you have any questions. I hope this is readable and makes sense.
Thank you for your time :)

Are you aware that the position of Community Representative is one of trust and confidence, and do you understand you can be punished for breaking that trust?: Yes.
Why should you become CR?: The state of competitive and the state of casual have started to deteriorate with the last CR election.

First let's start with the start with the state of competitive, while the 4v4 league is going well and has competitive players in it it has almost entirely killed regimental 1v1s and gfs similar to how WPC did. While I understand why the NA community has two stacked regiments with little to no competition, 42nd and LG. Despite their being the 93rd and the 65th the LG is still to stacked to allow for anymore competitive play in NW. If I was to be elected not only would I help moderate and organize more regimental competitive play. but perhaps start another season of NWGL.

Secondly the state of casual, this is something CR reps have ignored time and time again. I've represented both competitive and casual community and we see that for both my Thursday and Sunday events that have both casual and competitive regiments in attendance. I would keep with this trend of trying to get competitive regiments more into casual and casual into competitive vice versa. Events wise Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays,Fridays Saturdays and Sundays are all going strong and still hosting. Wednesday though has been a dead day before even the last CR election. I believe we should work to revive Wednesdays so that we can full 7 days a week for NW events. Meanwhile 2ndHan host the most popular event at the moment the Saturday event which has over 300 players every week a very impressive attendance.

In conclusion, I believe I would make a good CR rep by supporting both the competitive and casual community on the forums and off. I believe if I was elected we could revive both regimental events and raise casual events attendance and standard of administration of said events.

Why should you become CR?:

I felt good about my last term, a real sense of some accomplishment within the scene and I only want to do more and more and more for the benefit of the community. I feel like I have more to do especially since the 4v4 league has occupied much of my recent time. I think the community was overall satisfied with my recent term which is good and I plan to inject the community with as much life as I can. I also feel like I have the most experience with this position and I have only found ways to better the role and make use of it. Though the casual side of the community may have been a bit neglected by me for this recent term hopefully I can put my efforts towards that more strongly this next term as I won't be so preoccupied with running the 4v4 league.

My competency as an administrator and moderator alone lead me to believe I am the best candidate for this role. Also a critique for myself might be that I'm not as active as I should be due to school and working closing shifts. School is pretty coming to a close and I know that I'm going to be online a lot more to deal with the player base and whatever may be going on. The community has been a lot more involved with these recent CR terms which is really good for the role itself and has brought the role to something more community based rather than the sole-CR based.

While the casual community may have been neglected a little they seem to putting along without too much distress. It's also important to remember that the competitive community makes up probably like 90-95% of FSE (which is where the CR's strengths lie.). Without the competitive community there basically is no community which would render the CR role a whole lot more useless. It is kind of important to elect a fitting person into the role of CR because it can actually impact the community more than you think. Other than that, I'm planning to keep doing what I'm doing.

Why should you become CR?: I'll be applying again of course; as I intend to as long as I still remain active on both these forums and in-game. I won't add too much to my application to be honest as I intend to do more of what i have done over my last three terms. Please see my last app below if you want anymore information on how I intend to work;

Why should you become CR?: Since being CR I'd like to think I have helped the community both in terms of events and general help as well, such as dealing with a few feuds on threads (for example the hussars threads, NWWC threads, etc). I have began hosting the tournaments I promised and listened to the community when changes have been requested (e.g. EIC board, dupe accounts and the HUN language board).

If you vote for me again I will remain the active CR that I have been and continue to try to work with you to improve the community in terms of events, arguments and suggestions.

My previous app;

In terms of both FSE and the EU NW Community I have been very involved for years hosting some major events ranging from the NWFL, NWWC to co-hosting the NWL. I want to try and push for a bigger focus on event sub-boards for major events such as TGL, NWFL, NWWC, etc just as Taleworlds do as events are simply the only thing that keeps the community still alive. Regiments of course play a part in this but without events regiments pointless. I am very active on the forums and although I used to have my moments of rebellion and trolling moments towards FSE I feel I have matured over these years to some extent and have always been very involved in keeping this community going even with my playtime declining (be that through my maps, events or thread templates).

Why should you become CR?:

CR, at least for NA has become a vestigial organ of the forums - but it can still bear weight where needed. Especially when it comes to forum moderation, and use as a public figure on NW - i believe that I can fulfill the role that the NA CR demands. I am active on the forums, and I try to be as impartial as I can when it comes to important matters. In regards to the community, there has been a small resurgence of competitive, while casual is still doing relatively well. I have hosted the Monday LB, and served as a senior or assistant admin to all other events through this past year, and as such I believe that I have the reach and influence which matters when it comes to the casual half of this community, which serves to keep this game alive.

Why should you become CR?: I believe I will be a good community rep because I see the interests of the people better than anyone else can. I can bring a voice of reason and I have toned down my brash ways. In the past I was denied CR and told to stay out of trouble. I believe I have done just that.

While I don't play as much NW as I did back in the day I'm still fairly active on the forums. I also help admin BoB groupfighting the only GFing server on all of NA. I am also a co captain alongside Godfreid for NWWC. For these reasons I believe I can be in touch with the community and see to it that the forums are properly moderated.

In conclusion I believe I am the best option for community rep of North America.

Why should you become CR?: The NA Community very surprisingly active these last few months, Competitive and Casual have had higher numbers than usual events are still thriving.

To start especially my 1v1 league which has brought back regiment vs regiment rivalry's and competition it's exact purpose. I'm very happy at the state of competitive at the moment up until Golden League Ends but even then I will be probably be doing a RGL typed league by the end of Golden League if enough regiments are left to do so and there is support.

Casual events have taken a small hit with divine leaving the game, but I wish him all the luck and hope we see him in a few events once and awhile, LIR have stepped up as well as to secure those events and make sure they are still up for those regiments still interested in participating in a nightly event. What casual needs is to keep going in this direction keep hosting events. perhaps throw a mod event in on  Wednesdays once and awhile just for fun.

In summary I believe I would make a good community rep as I Represent both the competitive and casual side of the game. Have played the game since early 14, have been admining since about a month or two into playing. I have worked in countless communities not just of NW but in North and South and a variety of other mods that supported NW when enough people where on to play them. I believe my actions and events have helped the NA community grow and thrive and that is the only goal with community rep as well a a little moderation for our more challenged players.

Why should you become CR?:

I have the most experience out of anyone on how to be a Community Representative and I'm active in the community again and attending events as well.  I would like to provide input to the staff board discussion and get input from the community at any time as well. I aim to be using moderating powers as well as using the influence of the rank itself to promote community events and I also aim to be helping out more in casual events as well as comp. leagues as well which I planned to do anyway. The community is in a delicate spot and really while we get ready for sustaining the current community and possibly improving the activity on the forums itself while waiting for the boost of community that will come with the eventual release of BCoF in 2019. I'm pretty serious about this ngl and while I may have had an absence for 2 weeks in my one term I did have a burnt' PC but I'm fully back aha.

I think the other candidates while they might be active within the casual community they will not really do as much benefit as I will here on the forums itself. I would compare it to possibly Jakester's term where while he was active in the casual community and he did continue to run his event, there was something lacking (imo). And Hawkince is just .. not active.
