Forgot password and email has been blocked

Basically my account (Tharan) email has been blocked and I have forgotten my password to my account, is there anyway that moderators can change my email/tell me my password.
I will be able to prove who I am, via my steam account etc.

How do we not know that you arent just someone on his computer and your automatically logined into FSE. The PW of FSE account might be the same as his email account and you could hack his email and get sensitive information... Sounds sketch
