That is very odd indeed! I must admit it's been a long time since I last looked at the sounds in NW, but I have a feeling the sounds are the same. That means it could be a problem that the sound channels are being taken up by more important sounds. Was the lots of shooting while the horses were riding around?

I'm afraid there isn't a way to have everything but the particles as its all

As for the animations though, as far as I remember you can do it, by not installing 'actions.txt' or the animations.brfs!

The problem is that when you install some of the files, but not all, any mention of the missing files in the files you did install will create an error whenever it is triggered :)

Hell, I played an event last night, I need to hurry up and fix that muzzle flash bug! Did my head in!

I'll happily do that if you lot want that, can I just check that you have high detail particles unticked? That will make less smoke!

Yeah! They're really nice! I think I edited the far ones a little, but I can't fully remember, it was over a year ago I did it!

Yes, that's the bug I don't understand, I believe it's because of bad fps though, so if you untick high detail that might help! I will continue looking into that! As for the cut offs, that's due to the games available sound channels being full at the same time. This manifested itself in NW with some guns not making a sound. A good way to get rid of this is just to delete the footstep sounds! They're quiet anyway, and there's a ton of them.

I don't know as of yet, I was just leaving the road open. I was however considering making all the uniforms battle worn and muddy. Opinions?

Can anyone please clarify that their sounds are not cows?
