I think it should be made clear to all the UK regiments that they didnt use a number after 1881. The 22nd 'Cheshire' Regiment of Foot was simply renamed to the "Cheshire Regiment". Same goes for the rest.

Look through this list <

The name and number below the main titles are what they used to be called, and what number they had.

Just wondering, will the French be wearing their red trousers? Because in 1 book it said that the French Army discarded it soon after the war broke out because it made them all too visible in the battlefield.

Time of the mod is 1916-1917.

The Germans and the British issued their early war uniforms like the M1910 tunic due to shortages, so there is a chance the Frenchmen could have kept the red trousers but it's unlikely.

No chance at all except maybe with some colonial troops. German and British early war uniforms were still issued far into the war because they did not have extreme disadvantages like bright red trousers and kepis.

I remember I made a tutorial for McEwan once, lol. Here's how it works...

( = [
) = ]

(url=link)text(/url) will appear as just "text", but if it is clicked on, it will direct to the link provided. This works just the same with images, so if a (img)link(/img) code was put in between the brackets of (url=link)(/url), the picture will appear, and will direct to the link when clicked. Hope this helps! ;)
