Still banned?

On the server "NW_Official_NA_1" I have been banned for over a month and a half. I'm not sure why when most people get daily bans or weekly bans. Please, this is an appeal to the ban length because I do not understand why it is so long.

The reason for my banning: Morgan Freeman (in game name) killed my horse, so I shot him and I got insta-banned.
