Why don't you gather yourself a team of specialists. Individuals that can be amazingly good in skinning, scripts and sounds etc? ???

Well. I've been thinking about that, I know how to code, map make, and also do server stuff, I just need a Texturer and stuff like that.. so its not like its immediate needed..
