Hehe, fellow Arizonan! Not that I know anything about reeacting but I know theres a reeanactment down south: Battle of Picaho Pass? Dont know much about it but maybe if you're intrsted you could look there.

Arizona Stronk. Yeah Picacho Pass is the largest reenactment here and I'm hoping to go next year :D
Have fun!!

I thought I was the only person in Arizona with a PC but I guess not lol

Seriously Vince, you either have to seriously adjust your attitude, or WW2 re-enactment is simply not meant for you, whatever impression or nationality you might consider.

Piggybacking on this. Any good places to buy weapons to use for reenacting? Ww2 and ACW most likely.

I recommend Facebook sales pages. Usually reasonable prices are seen. A brand new Springfield 61 will cost you $800 alone. I was able to get one with original bayonet and scabbard plus shoulder strap for $600. I have seen $450 for Enfield. If you prefer brand new. Regimental quartermaster has a great selections of firearms

WW2. Again FB groups. But hit up your local gun shop to see if they can obtain one for you. If doing Kraut. JGSALES have bunch of yugo captured K98 for $250. If doing GI, Ravenna Armory sells proper M1 Garand complete for $875 or get Korean War era for $600 from CMP.

There is also a dozen of websites for Gun/Weapon auctions.  If you are lucky you can get some good deals there.
