I've got a list of Polish Cavalry Ranks.  I'm not too sure of their validity, but they make sense.  I'll seperate them by their Polish name, the abbreviation, and the English Counterpart.  I also incleded some comments, cause the ranks are a bit odd.

szeregowiec              szer.        Private                (General term for ranker)
dragon                      drag.        Dragoon             (Private for Dragoon regiments)
ulan                           ul.            Lancer                (Private for Lancer regiments)
starszy dragon          st.drag.   Older Dragoon    (Lance Corporal for Dragoon regiments)
starszy ulan              st. ul.       Older Lancer       (Lance Corporal for Lancer regiments)
kapral                       kapr.        Corporal
plutonowy                plut.          Lance Sergeant
wachmistrz              wachm.    Sergeant of Horse
podporucznik           ppor.        Second-Lieutenant
porucznik                 por.          Lieutenant
rotmistrz                  rtm.          Captain of Horse
major                       mjr.          Major
podpulkownik          pplk.         Lieutenant-Colonel
pulkownik                plk.           Colonel

I tried my best with these.  It's all I could find on the subject.

Are these Marine ranks confirmed to be accurate?  ??? As I've seen many regiments using different marine ranks for specifically a 'Royal Marines' regiment.

If anyone could confirm them, would be much appreciated!  :D

Correction to the Artillery, Lance Bombardier does not exist, and Bombardier takes it's place, it is lower than Corporal, in between Lieutenant and Captain there is a rank of 2nd Captain, abbreviated to 2Cpt

Bombardier Rank source
Spoiler
Originally, the Royal Artillery had corporals (but not lance-corporals) and a bombardier was junior to a corporal and wore a single chevron. Unlike a lance-corporal, a bombardier held full non-commissioned rank and not an acting appointment. The rank was equivalent to second corporal in the Royal Engineers and Army Ordnance Corps.

2nd Captain Source
Spoiler
A rank of second captain existed in the Ordnance at the time of the Battle of Waterloo.[2]

Mother of necroes, 1,5 years.
THAT'S A RECORD.
Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

Wikipedia itself isn't but if you look at the articles, you will see they all have decent and reliable sources themselves, it's simply easier to link the wiki page
