Erm if you look then we actually have enough lights (2 units)
the 1stEB say they are bringing 15 and the Royal Sicilian Rangers say 8-15, if they both bring 15 and i accepted BAM and they had 8 lights would mean 1 team would have a 2nd light unit of 8 along with a skirm unit and the other would have 1 skirms and 1 light at a disadvantage of 8, hence why we cant accept them.
